2026 Knoxville Shiners Box Lacrosse Information

Practice Location: Cool Sports: 110 South Watt Road, Knoxville, TN 37934

Teams:

  • Senior A Men’s team (18+)
  • Junior A Men’s team (16–22; 16 year olds will require a waiver to play in the summer season)
  • Juniors players may play up with the Senior A team when roster spots are available

Senior A Men’s Team

Cost for the Summer Season: $350

Practices:

  • Eleven (1.5 hour long practices)

  • 7:30pm to 9:00pm ET (May look to move this time up to 6:30pm)

Gameday Weekends:

  • A minimum of 4 Gameday weekends plus the Regional Championships
  • We will also try and do a couple of one day trips to Chattanooga just for extra reps
