If you're new, welcome! If you're returning, welcome back! We're excited to have you with the iQ Lacrosse family for our 2025-2026 season! We appreciate your trust in our program as the best fit for your athlete, and we can't wait to get back to work with the boys this fall!
In the coming weeks, we’ll follow up with details on team apparel, custom helmets, and additional merch (all optional). You'll also get a preview of our new custom uniforms for this season!

To secure your spot on the roster, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of your invitation email. Upon completing this registration form, it will take you back to the main page where you can register another athlete or click 'Continue' at the bottom, below 'Saved Registrations'. Clicking 'Continue' will add your registration(s) to the cart so you can complete your deposit payment.
This deposit is applied to your 2025-2026 season field team club fee, secures your place on the team, and allows us to begin covering key operational expenses tied to early-season deadlines. With limited roster spots, this deposit also helps prevent late withdrawals that impact team planning and take away opportunities from other interested players.
Initial Payment Details
Deposit: $200

Annual Player Registration Fee: $36
- Non-refundable, required once per year and will not be charged again if also registering for the box team this winter (2028-2031).
- This flat, annual registration fee supports the additional administrative efforts required during the registration process and pre-season. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep iQ Lacrosse running at a high standard; ensuring things stay organized, efficient, and responsive for all players and families from start to finish.
Transaction Fee: $8.56 (3.5% + $0.30 on $236 due today)
USA Lacrosse Membership #
All lacrosse players, coaches, and officials are required to have an active USA Lacrosse Membership. Your membership number can be found above your name on all mailings from USA Lacrosse, in your subscription renewal email, and online by signing in to your account.

2025-2026 Season Field Team Club Fee: $1,800 + Fees
Remaining Balance After Deposit Payment: $1,600
Includes: Over 50 practice/training hours between the fall and summer, four tournaments (one fall and three summer), and the custom iQ Lacrosse field team uniform (pinnie, shorts, and shooter shirt).
Remaining Balance Payment Options:
After submitting your deposit payment at the end of this registration, you can pay your remaining club fee balance online or by check.
You may pay the remaining $1,600 balance in full or split it up into multiple payments over time, as small as $200.
A minimum payment of $600 is due by 9/14/25 and the full balance must be paid in full by 11/30/25.

- If paying via check, please make check payable to "iQ Lacrosse LLC" with check memo "Player Name Club Fee" and mail to PO Box 1455 Westerville, OH 43086.
